These terms govern use of sgbenefitsinfohub.pro. The site is an independent reference desk operated by Sgbenefitsinfohub, founded in 2026. By using the pages you accept these terms.
Sgbenefitsinfohub is not a government agency, insurer or broker. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Singapore government agency, statutory board or insurer.
Nature of the material
Content on this site is editorial reference. It describes structure, gates and interactions among nine schemes in the long-term care and caregiving vertical. It is not a medical opinion, not a substitute for official instruments, and not a decision on any application.
Official instruments, forms and tables issued by the administering agencies take priority wherever they differ from this site. Worked examples are hypothetical. Amounts, where mentioned, are illustrative or structural and must be confirmed in the official source before anyone relies on them.
What you may do
You may read the pages, print a page for personal reference, and link to a public URL on this site. You may write to the desk about errors using the contact form. You may subscribe to the notes digest with a valid e-mail address and withdraw that subscription later.
You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs hosting, republish the pages as if they were an official gazette, or present Sgbenefitsinfohub as an agent of any ministry, statutory board or insurer. You may not use the forms to send household identity documents or to attempt to lodge a scheme application.
No applications here
Scope
Sending a message to [email protected] does not start a claim, a means test, or an appeal. Deadlines set by an agency or insurer are not paused by writing to this desk.
Accuracy and availability
We review pages and we date those reviews. We do not warrant that a page is complete, current to the hour, or suitable for a particular household. The site may be unavailable while shared infrastructure is maintained. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the pages, from a missed official deadline, or from a difference between this desk and an administering agency.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
